Thomaston - Upson Senior Center is located in the former R.E. Lee Military Building and Restaurant. The building is also known as, uh, Memorial Hall. It is dedicated to commemorating the teachers and four students who were killed in the Winecoff Hotel fire in 1946.  The building is currently used by the senior citizens of Upson County.
