HIV/AIDS Case Management and Testing Programs. Provides case management services to people diagnosed with HIV/AIDS and living within the designated service area. Services include: short-term housing assistance, medically related transportation, food assistance, referrals to medical providers, help with medication costs and medical bills, education, and counseling. Those needing financial assistance must meet income guidelines, however, anyone living with HIV/AIDS can receive general case management services and support for free. Counties served are: Boone, Kenton, Campbell,Grant, Gallatin, Owen, Carroll, and Pendleton.
