Food, fun and camaraderie are the order of the day at the 32 OAKS Senior Centers in southeast Missouri.  Details and schedules of activities provided by each center can be found by visiting its website or contacting the center directly. Services: The Nutrition Program provides lunch to people over 60 years of age or married people over 60 years of age. Lunch consists of 1 or 2 entree, 2 or 3 vegetables, salad, bread, dessert, milk, or optional hot or cold beverages. Some centers also provide an occasional evening meal. Activities and services vary by location depending on the resources available and customer interests. Among the frequently planned activities are Handicrafts, junk bookings, card games, bingo and Wii tournaments, exercise program, dances, musical entertainment, health screenings and checks, educational program, nutritional education and holiday parties.  ..
