Club SEQUOIA is a wellness center for active elderly people, designed to reduce isolation and promote healthy aging through physical, spiritual, mental, and recreational stimulation. The programs are offered four days a week, three hours a day. Club SEQUOIA is a member of the National Institute of Senior Centers. Centers for the elderly are the place where communities welcome the opportunities and challenges of aging. They serve as a gateway that connects older adults, their families, and the community with resources that enable older adults (and ultimately everyone as they grow older) to remain healthy, safe, and independent.
