Today's senior center is a vibrant, action-packed combination of a local fitness center, volunteer headquarters, transportation hub, and delicious dining venue. Make a plan to visit your local senior care center this month. Here are some of the things you might discover: You don't need to be on Medicare to take advantage of all the great opportunities at your local senior center. Anyone aged 60 or over is eligible for the benefits. Approximately 70% of the participants in the senior center are women.
