The Brittingham-Midtown Community Center's (BMCC) Active Lifestyle Program offers an early morning walking program in addition to the fitness and yoga classes scheduled later in the day. Classes are scheduled throughout the week, including acrylic, oil paintings, watercolors, line dances, and golden stepper tap dances. Boot Camp for seniors takes place on Monday and Wednesday morning from 8:00 a.m - 9:00 a.m. The lessons "The Essence of Modeling" are offered every quarter. The center also offers AARP Defensive Driving classes, health and safety seminars, cultural enrichment programs, monthly BINGO programs, nutrition seminars, craft shows, fashion shows, and a range of educational opportunities. Clubs include rubber stamps, crochet, scrapbooks, busy beads, and stylish and elegant model clubs.
