Services: The Department of Senior Services offers and coordinates responsive programs and services that enhance dignity, support independence, and provide stimulating and meaningful opportunities for adults age 60 and older. Department staff operate a central kitchen that offers nutritious meals daily to 10 seniors' centers in the LCADD service area. The Department staff also manages all 10 senior centers, which are multi-purpose community facilities that serve as focal points for providing all services to senior citizens, including escort, transportation, information and assistance, outreach, telephone assistance, reassuring visits, congregational meals, and home-delivered meals. ..
