The Sunburst Senior Center was started on October 1, 2003. Located in the Lutheran Parish Hall, the Center is pleased to be able to offer nutritious meals to area residents. Meals are served Monday through Friday at 12:00 p.m. A $3.50 per person donation is suggested for individuals over age 60, and $4.00 for persons under age 60. The Sunburst Senior Center receives financial support from donations, state, federal and county funds. The Sunburst Senior Center hosts card parties each Thursday afternoon, followed by pie and coffee at approximately 2:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun!..
