Club SEQUOIA is a wellness center for active elderly people, designed to reduce isolation and promote healthy aging through physical, spiritual, mental, and recreational stimulation. The programs are offered four days a week, three hours a day. Club SEQUOIA is a member of the National Institute of Senior Centers.
