The senior center's program provides breakfasts, lunches, and home lunches for qualified Native American seniors. Senior citizens' centers also provide health monitoring, social activities, cultural activities, lectures, senior citizens' wellness programs, and group activities. The required application is available at any Chickasaw Nation Senior Center. If approved, the participant can expect immediate service for group meals. A review will be carried out for home-based meals for persons living within a service area of a Chickasaw Nation senior center. The Chickasaw Nation considers its elders to be "living treasures" and works hard to provide them with the best possible service and care. The tribe remains committed to the health and well-being of the elderly, offering programs and services that focus on all aspects of their lives.
