The Senior Center of Littlestown was established in 1975 as a program for senior citizens of the Littlestown Borough and the townships of Germany, Mt. Joy, Mt. Pleasant, and Union to provide nutritional meals, transportation, socialization and referral program for the Littlestown Area by the Office of Aging, they rented the Centenary United Methodist Church Hall. In 1983 they were looking for a permanent site. In April of 1983, it was incorporated as a non-profit organization.
