We live in such a beautiful valley. We have the mountains, the changes of the four seasons and interesting people everywhere you go. The various cultures here offer new insights, tastes and activities. As seniors, you have the opportunity to participate in hearing and meeting performers, health care providers and making new friends. Where you may ask? The Senior Center has open doors for all valley seniors. We welcome everyone to our lovely facility. We are always excited to see new faces and greet some old ones as well. We appreciate the support from our regulars. If you think the center has nothing for you...come in and give us a try. We have a walking group, a fit over 60 group and a fun and easy chair yoga class. Cache County Senior Citizens Center provides programs and activities that will enable residents of Cache County who are 60 years of age or older to live healthy and independent lives. The philosophy of the Cache County Senior Citizens Center is based on these premises: that aging is a normal development process; that human beings need peers with whom they can interact and who are available as a source of encouragement and support. As an integral part of the aging network, the Cache County Senior Citizens Center serves community needs, assists other agencies in serving older adults, and provides opportunities for older adults to develop their potential as individuals within the context of the entire community..
