Suffolk Parks and Recreation offers a variety of activities for individuals ages 55+ at the East Suffolk Recreation Center. We have partnered with Senior Services of Southeastern VA to provide transportation and nutrition programs to the citizens of Suffolk. Membership to the Senior Program is only $5 per year! Members enjoy trips and excursions, special events, health screenings, wellness activities and fitness classes. Every year we celebrate the holidays with our annual holiday gala and love is in the air at our Sweetheart Ball.
