Direct Services: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00 AM 12:00 PM Doors open exactly at 9:00 AM, please do not line up before 8:45 AM Numbers are handed out lottery style so arriving early will not guarantee service.
DMV Voucher for CA-ID: Please bring documentation with your name on it showing you are currently receiving government benefits (i.e. EBT card, MediCal card, Notice of Action/DHA printout, Social Security award letter) to be eligible for a reduced fee voucher.
Bus Pass: One bus pass is given every seven days for verifiable medical, dental, or court appointments. Verifiable meaning a written, email, text or voicemail confirmation of the appointment.
Hygiene Kits: Essential toiletry items are available upon request during normal hours of operation.
Clothing Donation Center: Must have a Valid ID to enter. Can take up to 15 items per visit, limited to 6 visits in a 6-month period. Open Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri from 9:00 AM 12:00 PM.
Diversion Program: This program provides assistance with utilities, first months rent, or eviction avoidance to low income families. We may be able to assist you with your PG&E or SMUD bill if you have a 15-day, 48 hour or FINAL notice. In order to qualify for eviction avoidance, you must have a 3-Day Notice to Pay or Quit.

Eye Glass Voucher Program: Low income and homeless individuals are eligible to receive one free pair of eyeglasses per year.
You must be able to provide:
A recent eyeglass prescription from the last 12 months
Your pupillary distance measurement
Proof of income

Francis House Center will only verify homelessness if you have received services from us in the past 6 months, and if we have verification of your homelessness on file through our own records
