Referrals to community practitioners and resources as needed. Caseload managers customize your treatment and recovery process. Short and long-term goals focus on behavioral and lifestyle changes. Accepts Medi-Cal, most HMO/Prvt. insurance or cash payments on a sliding scale, $210 per month.
