To who it may concern I've been having trouble with my bills especially with my utilities. My bill has went up by a hundred dollars since May and for the past two months it been over nine hundred dollars. I only receive eight hundred a month I've been struggling to pay every bill I have but my three boys have to go without things and places they want to go. I'm under doctor care mentally and physically they're trying to run tests but I don't have money for them so I would appreciate anything you can do to help me and my sons.
