One of the largest dive centers of the day in the Greater Cleveland area.
Services:
Offer such as hot meals, showers, mail distribution, assistance with basic necessities to obtain a birth certificate, state ID card, assistance with eyewear, rental, and utility, and the opportunity to socialize by engaging in recreational activities.
In addition, the center provides referrals to employment and training programs, health and mental health screenings, Veterans Administration benefits, and assistance in obtaining housing subsidies.
Basic Needs Operational Hours:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. depending on the program.
Their birth certificate and ID program are open to anyone (non-shelter residents only) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays of the week, with a limit of 10 people on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 5 people on Wednesdays.
Program hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Individuals must have either the original social security card (no copy), a government document, or a district printout.Basic needs such as rent and utility assistance are based on necessity.
Tuesdays and Thursdays only, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Bus passes are available by reservation only.
Walk-in Opening Hours:
Tuesday or Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Registration and Letter pick-up Hours:
Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Toiletries, towels, and washcloths are provided, if necessary for the convenience of their guests.
In addition, they provide legal assistance on the last Friday of each month, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
