About Boom!Health - Wellness

Provides supportive counseling, food pantry (144th St location), legal advocacy, domestic violence education, peer mentoring, case management services, prevention education and HIV testing and syringe services in four facilities in the Bronx and two mobile vans. Call for hours and services at all locations. Harm Reduction Center is open 7 days a week. Spanish also spoken.
