About Boone County Neighborhood Center

The Boone County Neighborhood Center provides utility and winter heating assistance, limited emergency financial assistance for rent, mortgages and other financial needs, applications for home weatherization services, access to prescription assistance, volunteer employment opportunities, along with information and resource referral. We use the Family Development approach to one-on- counseling to help families set goals to achieve self-reliance.

I am trying to find help for me and my family for our electric bill. We are about to have it turned off and theres 2 small children and its cold out which scares me. I would really appreciate any help. The electric is due to get shut off on Tuesday December 3rd 2019.
