Our mission is to help improve the health and well-being of low-income, under-served seniors, and veterans lives, by providing them access to better health services so that they can live long and stronger healthy lives! We provide independence and self sufficiency through our programs which will allow them to socialize in an environment where they can share their life experiences. We also provide to our seniors education presentations on healthy meals, why we need to exercise, how to shop for healthy meals and so much more.
