COVID-19 Status Update: Offering Telehealth Wellness Checks via MDT health team. Home delivery of MD Rx meals. Assistance with liaison with MD, Medication Delivery assistance, Health Education, Coordination with other organizations in service and care attainment.

Offers programs that provide care and supervision for dependent adults.

Participants can choose from a variety of daily activities designed to improve their functional status and offer opportunities for socialization.

Services include:Nursing care

Massage therapy

Physical therapy

Occupational therapy

Social services

Fun activities

Transportation to and from the center

Hours:Mondays through Fridays: 8am-1pm
