I have received a shut off on electric for 9/24. I have got help last year after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Now I am asking for help again. I broke my leg in 3 places still can only walk 2-3 steps need assistance. I can't make it up the 9 stairs then up a hill to parking lot.(I don't have a car). Do you come to people that can't get to you? If not can you tell me weather I can get help bill is $200.14.shut off . Then $101.49 due 10/7. I can pay new bill on the 10/1.
