Hours: Tuesday from 5:30 to 7:30 pm and Wednesday from 9 am to 2 pm. The Carroll Assistance Center is a twice-a-week gathering place and resource for people in Cedar, Clinton, Jackson, Jones and Scott counties who need help or just want a cup of coffee and the fellowship of being with others. Over 100 people come to the center each Tuesday and Wednesday.
