Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program - Provides assistance to targeted households, with priority given to elderly, disabled, families with young children, and high energy cost related to income. Household Crisis - Provides utility assistance, service and repair of existing heating and cooling units or portable units in an energy related crisis. All clients will receive energy-related needs assessment, referrals, budget counseling, and energy conservation.
