Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Behavioral Health:

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The clinic opens at 1:00 PM on the first Wednesday of each month.
