About City of Livonia Community Resources

Service: Commodity Foods Distribution - TEFAP surplus commodity foods are distributed on a monthly basis to qualified low-income Livonia residents based on Total Household income and residency. Utility Shut-off Assistance - Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds are available to qualified low-income Livonia residents who have a current utility shut-off notice. CDBG funding provides payment of gas, electric or fuel heating bills, up to a combined maximum of $500.00 on a one-time only basis.
