Hi do I have to live in bryan to get your services.. I live in leona which is leon county just north if madisonville.. I need help with my water bill. It's over 300$ I was out of town for a week. And I come back to a busted pipe in the yard amd my hot water tank rusted out and flooded everything . So as fast as my water was goi g into the water it was draining out . So not only have I had to buy a nother tank I now have a expensive water bill.. I am a single mother of three teenagers. I do have a job but what I make barely heat us by.. and with the holidays dont make it batter.. plus on top that i have my daughter turning 14 on dec 6th. Then Christmas. So it seems i cant catch up.. is there any one that can help. Like said I'm in leon counrty but everyone i asked around cant help.
