A nonprofit, faith-based community organization that provides free, non-emergent medical care to low-income Shelby County adults who do not have health insurance.

Hours of Operation:

Monday, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (once a month)

Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 

Thursday, 5:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
