Residential Rehabilitation
The Residential Rehabilitation Programs of Cornerstone Montgomery, Inc., are designed to help individuals learn to live as independently as possible. Ranging from 24-hour onsite supervision to drop in services, we believe that with the right level of support, everyone can live successfully in the community. Dependent on the level of individual need, our residential staff can provide assistance with transportation, cooking, medication monitoring, activities of daily living and provide opportunities for increasing socialization. We are passionate about helping the individuals we work with learn the skills to stay out of the hospital.
Psychiatric Rehabilitation
Comprised of the Supported Living, Permanent Supportive Housing and Montgomery County Case Management Programs, the Psychiatric Rehabilitation programs of Cornerstone Montgomery provide support to individuals living outside of Cornerstone Montgomery's Residential Rehabilitation Program. Services are delivered in the community and depending on each individual's need, participants in our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program receive support with medication management, independent living skills training, benefits management and housing supports. Individuals meet with staff between 1-2 times each week.
Residential Crisis
For individuals experiencing increased symptoms of a mental health disorder, Cornerstone Montgomery offers Residential Crisis Services. These services are community based, alternatives to inpatient hospitalization. Our Residential Crisis programs are located in suburban single-family neighborhoods and offer 24-hour staff supervision and support. The length of stay averages 10 days. Our Residential Crisis Service Program is the largest alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization in Montgomery County.
