I apply with you before and you said I did not qualify for your program I'm struggling to take care of my kids. I don't know what you base it on but it hurt to turn my paper work into you and have a denial letter the very next day so that makes me feel like none of you even cared about even looking over my application. I don't know if it's because I'm a felon or I'm black or you think I not worth helping maybe you think I was just looking for a handout I'm trying to find out if I have something serious wrong with me. The doctors believe I have a tumor and I'm dealing with it the best I can I receive eight hundred dollars a month and with my utilities bill alone at over nine hundred dollars I don't know how you turned me down so I ask you to reconsider me.
