I need help with my rent someone took it from me after I took it off my ssi card 420 dollars

I moved back here after living in Columbus Ohio sence1989 my husband passed I'm on disability I'm in need of help with food and I'm like 70 dollars short on my rent I applied for food stamps.but they take there time I will have to be out of my place Friday if I can't cover all my rent I have it all but 70 dollars once I get it paid I will be ok the month of March any help will be grateful thank you.
