Provides transitional living center (TLC), support and services for up to six single women with an additional unit for one woman with children. Clients are initially eligible for up to one year. Services for TLC clients include case management, individual and group counseling, referral services, art workshops, and transportation assistance. For residents of Franklin or contiguous counties only.
