About Gateway Homeless Coalition

Offers transitional housing services, which include shelter and food for homeless men, women and children (22 bed capacity). Gateway House serves residents of Bath, Menifee, Montgomery, Morgan and Rowan Counties.

Nothing like you would assume a homeless shelter to be! Way way way better and the staff is so empathetic and understanding..not judgemental. It's a huge 2 story house and everything you need for basic survival and even some comforts of life is available for anyone who needs it. The staff genuinely care and take interest in each person who passed thru the Gateway House and are ready to help and assist individuals who are in need of housing and will help with learning how to be self sufficient, independent, assertive and so many other things!! It truly is a wonderful place. I don't think of it as a "Homeless Shelter" but more of a transitional housing
