Grace Place Alzheimer's Activity Center is an adult day center that specializes in dementia.
Services:
Offers socialization and activities for people living with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia.
These activities are facilitated by staff trained in dementia care and focus on the client's strengths and remaining capabilities.
Grace Place offers nutritious lunches and snacks with special diet accommodations.
Customers must be outpatient, continent, and able to feed.
Fees:
Full days $35.00 per day, half-days $27.00 per day.
Hours of Operation:
Full and Half hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm (excluding holidays).
