Grace Place Alzheimer's Activity Center is a dementia-specific daytime activity center for adults.
Services:
Offers socialization and activities for those living with Alzheimer's or related dementia.
These activities focus on the strengths and other capabilities of their clients and are facilitated by staff trained in the care of people with dementia.
Grace Place offers nutritious lunches and snacks with special dietary accommodations.
Customers must be ambulatory, continent, and able to feed themselves.
Fees: Full days $35.00 per day, half days $27.00 per day.
Hours of operation:
Full and Half-Day schedules are Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm (except holidays).
