I'm not an addict. Just moved here waiting on a check to get into a rental n find employment. My reissued check will take one week. I do not have an address for them to send it to me. Seems like you have to be an addict in this county to receive emergency services as to which I have gotten turned down by places to stay. I'm 48 n very capable of working n paying my way. Just need a clean safe place for me n my belongings for a week
