The High School Equivalency Program (HEP) is a migrant education program designed to meet the special needs of migrant and seasonal farm workers in pursuit of the GED diploma. Eligibility: Be at least 17 years old, Lack a high school diploma or its equivalent, performed some type of agricultural work in the previous 24 months for a minimum of 75 days.
