Meals are provided for people over 60 years of age and their spouses in a group setting at the Sigourney Senior Center.

Combining a nutritious meal with friendship, socialization and recreation reduce isolation for the elderly.

This same meal is available as a home-delivered meal to eligible elders in designated communities.

These reassuring and well-nourished services enable them to remain in their own homes.
