Program provides health care services to eligible residents Immunizations, Medical screening services, Annual physical examinations, Inpatient and Outpatient hospital services, including hospital-based ambulatory surgical center services, Rural health clinics, Laboratory and x-ray services, Family planning services, Physician services, Payment for not more than three prescription drugs per month, Skilled nursing facility services. Call for information, Fees vary. ELIGIBILITY: Must meet four criteria: residency, resources, household composition and income. HOURS: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm
Thank you for all your help and support during my battle for social security. Unfortunately doctors in Wise County don't take it. I was fortunate to get a pain management doctor in Decatur. I ended up being diagnosed with lung cancer pancreatitis ulcers and kidney disfunction. I'll find out if I'm in remission from the cancer. Now I'm suffering with the pancreatitis ulcers and kidney disfunction. Finding a good GI doctor is not going well. I have referred a friend to you I hope you can help this young woman she's really amazing and needs medical care and assistance with utilities. Thank you again for what you did for me 7 years ago
