Services:Provides financial assistance (benefits) for eligible residents to purchase healthy and nutritious foods. Issues benefits monthly onto an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card. The card is used as a debit card to purchase food at participating retailers. Emergency benefits may be available within three days in certain circumstances. Please ask representative about qualifications for emergency benefits.
