Their Emergency Services provide crisis stabilization and emergency psychiatric services for individuals in Palm Beach County.
Their West Palm Beach location is a baker law accepting facility for adults and children.
Primary Care Clinic:
C.L. Bramback Primary Care Clinic provides high-quality services to patients including annual body, medical evaluation and disease management, laboratory test referrals, diabetes, and hypertension screening, mammogram referrals, nutrition assessment and referrals, professional medical referrals, employment, schools, and the U.S. Department of Transportation, financial counseling for social services and eligibility decisions.
