Counseling: Serving children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Services include 1) out-patient mental health services, 2) psychiatric assessments, 3) medication evaluations, and 4) support services for Asperger's Syndrome. Care Management: Serving older adults in their own homes or in-office. Services include: 1) information and referral, 2) assessments of need and monitoring of in-home services, 3) options counseling, 4) discharge planning, and 5) housekeeping services. Youth Development: Job development through the utilization of digital equipment for at-risk youth and formerly incarcerated youth. Special Programs: Healing Hearts: Co-parenting educational program for divorcing and separated parents (Certified by Family Court); GEM (Growth Education Mental Fitness): social and educational programs for adults 50+; and Volunteer Network: provides opportunities for volunteering. Hours Of Operation: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm.; Friday, 8:00 am 4:00 pm. Fees: Sliding scale fee. Most insurances accepted including Medicaid and Medicare.
