About Kentucky River Foothills Development Council

This program provides primary care medical services for homeless families, such as exams, immunizations, meds, etc. in a mobile health clinic setting. Also provides mental health referrals, substance abuse referrals, pharmaceutical assistance, dental referrals, and transportation to medical service providers, including the mobile clinic, and case management. The mobile clinic is staffed by a nurse practitioner, 2 RNs, 2 case managers and a program coordinator.
