I am 74 years old and have income of $1,324 most months. I am handicapped The state cancelled my food stamps and help with my medicare. I will have $1,063 dollars for the month of Janurary 2020. This mesns that my light and gas bills that are already behind will fall futher behid ans D I will have only $200 to buy food,gas for car and anything else I . may need
