Counselors reach out to approximately 100 homeless adults each year to reduce the number of homeless adults with mental illness living on the streets of Monterey County.
Assess for signs of chronic homelessness or mental disorder and, if eligible, enroll in intensive, integrated services including housing, food, psychiatric care, and financial counseling.
