Designed with business and community in mind, Holt's beautiful new senior citizens center has also been built with the environment in mind - the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified building built for Delhi Township.

The geothermal heating/cooling system and the "living" roof are just a few examples of what this "green" building does.

There are various activities for the residents of the district all year round at the senior center.
