About Fair Grove Senior Center

Fair Grove is a town of approximately 1,400 people located in Greene County in northeast Missouri.

Until recently, they did not have a building to meet the needs of the elderly in this area of the county.

They are hoping to attract people from parts of Green, Polk, Dallas, and Webster counties.

Because they didn't have their own building, the Fair Grove Senior Center group met every Tuesday in the Fellowship Hall of the United Methodist Church for lunch.

Now that they have their new building, they will be open for lunch five days a week and stay open longer, while offering more services.

Hours of Operation:

7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The land for their building, generously donated by Howard and Charles Huff, is located east of the Fair Grove Lion's Club and across the street from the Fair Grove Department of Water Resources at 122 S. Garden Boulevard.

In order to pay their share of the expenses, they intend to allow others to use their building after hours and on weekends on the basis of a contribution.
