About Oasis Senior Enrichment Program at the Levine Jewish Community Center (Levine JCC)

The mission of the Oasis Senior Enrichment Program is to enrich and prolong the quality of life for all seniors regardless of religious affiliation. We welcome all adults 50 and older from the greater Charlotte area, who are active and independent. Seniors gather to socialize, pursue intellectual stimulation, participate in physical and health promotion programs, and eat Kosher lunches together. We are the only senior enrichment program in the area that provides transportation. Oasis Associates and JCC Members 50 and older are entitled to enjoy many additional senior classes and activities at a reduced member rate. However, one does not have to be an Oasis Associate or a Levine JCC Member to enjoy a variety of free and diverse programming offered each month.

I have participated in many oasis programs and ALL have been enjoyable and enriching. I have been connected with many of the JCC programs since it's inception. My only regret is that l have neither gone to or participated in any functions since COVID. Imiss involvement in the JCC.
