The Shelter opens in November and remains open until April. Check-in for guests is 8:30 PM to 8:45 PM, Able to Accommodate 10 to 15 People Comfortably, Shelters Rotates between St. Francis, St. John's and First Congregational Churches, No length of stay time limit
