About YMCA of Montclair Senior Center

Services:

Senior Center provides exciting programs and community gathering places for seniors.
Their goal is to increase the level of connectivity and community among seniors and help them stay mentally and emotionally healthy.
In addition, their exercise classes and emphasis on good nutrition help seniors stay healthy.
Each month, they schedule a variety of events, including gaming tournaments, arts and crafts and community service opportunities.
The senior center contains computers/iPads equipped with internet access, a large-screen TV and a kitchen.
Membership is necessary, but guests can participate in special speaker programs and classes.
